(hong kong, 7 may 2018) china overseas grand oceans group limited (the “company”; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that, for april 2018, the contracted property sales of the company and its subsidiaries (the “group”) amounted to hk$4,081 million and the contracted gross floor area (“gfa”) reached 330,100 square meters.

as at the end of april 2018, the property subscription sales amounted to hk$1,190 million and the subscription gfa reached 81,400 square meters.

no new land was acquired in april 2018.
