from january to september 2020, the accumulated contract sales amount is rmb 44604000000 and the contract sales area is 3729000 square meters.
in september 2020, the group added four new projects in tianshui city, gansu province, tangshan city, hebei province, lanzhou city, gansu province and shantou city, guangdong province, with a total equity development area of 1358444.80 square meters and a land price of rmb 6505300000.
