(hong kong, may 8, 2017) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. (the "company"; stock code: 00081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") realized the realization in april 2017 contracted sales of hk$3.028 billion and contracted sales area of 304,300 square meters.

as of the end of april 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hk$1.565 billion and the unsigned subscribed area was 112,800 square meters.

in april 2017, the group had no new land reserves.
