in order to promote the overall cooperation and positive communication within the department, and improve the work efficiency of employees, the human resources department of china shipping group has successively organized the headquarters department to conduct team building training. the first workshop was held at the breakthrough youth village in shatin on june 16. all colleagues from the group's general manager's office in hong kong participated in the half-day training workshop.
first of all, after two rounds of warm-up games, all colleagues put aside the meticulous state of work, fully engaged and emotional. then, the colleagues divided into two teams for three rounds of games. in the event, everyone played their respective potentials, complemented each other, tried their best to win, and the scene was intense and exciting, which perfectly reflected the importance of planning, division of labor, execution, and error correction in teamwork. the two teams have no points for you and me, and cooperate with each other, and the overall atmosphere is harmonious and happy. colleagues all wrote down their thoughts about their activities, from listening more, communicating more, cooperating more, to giving space and opportunities to subordinates, and felt a lot.
in this training activity, through the training sessions carefully designed by the professional team, colleagues actively participated in the whole process, experienced the importance of cooperation and positive communication in the team, and enhanced mutual understanding and feelings. in the end, all colleagues expressed their efforts to integrate the training gains into future work.
