(hong kong, 7 jul 2021) china overseas grand oceans group limited (the “company”; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that, for june 2021, the contracted property sales of the company and its subsidiaries (the “group”) amounted to rmb11,505,000,000 and the contracted gross floor area (“gfa”) reached 860,800 square meters.

from january to june 2021, the total property contracted sales amounted to rmb43,287,000,000 and the total contracted gfa reached 3,185,500 square meters.

in june 2021, the group acquired seven new projects in weinan, shaanxi province, zhanjiang, guangdong province, huizhou, guangdong province, huai'an, jiangsu province, hefei, anhui province, xuzhou, jiangsu province and taizhou, jiangsu province with an attributable gfa of 1,198,280.00 square meters and the total attributable land cost was rmb5,335,200,000.
